Furnace repair

No heat, short cycling, unusual smells, noisy operation, and uneven temperatures are all common furnace issues. We service most makes and models and focus on accurate troubleshooting so you’re not paying for guesswork.

Common repairs and service items include:

  • Ignition and flame-sensing issues

  • Blower, capacitor, and airflow-related problems

  • Drain and condensate issues (including condensate pump replacement)

  • Safety controls and pressure switch issues

  • Burner inspection and cleaning

  • Wiring, connections, and control troubleshooting

If your furnace is shutting down repeatedly, we’ll explain what’s happening in plain language and lay out practical options so you can decide what makes sense.

Furnace maintenance

Annual maintenance helps improve efficiency, reduce mid-winter breakdowns, and catch small issues early. A tune-up typically includes:

  • Full system inspection and cleaning of key components

  • Combustion testing and safety checks

  • Basic performance checks and overall system review

  • Recommendations for filters and simple steps that can improve comfort

If your system is older or has had recurring issues, maintenance is also a good time to plan ahead instead of being forced into a decision during a cold snap.

Furnace installation and replacement

If it’s time for a new furnace, we’ll help you choose a setup that fits your home and your goals. We focus on proper sizing, safe venting, clean installation, and reliable performance over the long term.

We install and replace high-efficiency gas furnaces, including propane setups where applicable. If you’re not sure whether to repair or replace, we’ll walk you through the pros and cons based on the condition of your equipment, parts availability, and overall value.

Thermostats and comfort add-ons

Sometimes comfort issues are tied to controls, airflow, or humidity rather than the furnace itself. We can help with:

  • Thermostat replacements and smart thermostat installs

  • Whole-home humidifiers and seasonal maintenance

  • Air-quality add-ons where appropriate

  • Evaporator coil deep cleaning when buildup is affecting airflow and performance

What to expect when you book

We show up ready to diagnose the issue, explain what we found, and recommend the next step. If a repair can be completed right away, we’ll review the approach and proceed only once you’re comfortable with the plan. If you’re not sure what your furnace is doing, that’s okay. Tell us the symptoms and we’ll take it from there.
